If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Under no circumstances may any content from the blog, newsletter, or portfolio sections be shared, reposted, or republished in whole or in part without prior written authorization.

2.4 Licensing
Select images may be made available for licensing for editorial, institutional, or commercial use upon request. No blanket rights or digital download options are provided. All licensing requests are subject to formal review and a written agreement. Unlicensed use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

2.5 DMCA Compliance & Takedown Requests
Jordan Green Photography respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. If you believe that any content on this Site infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

3.1 Personal and Commercial Display

Fine art prints purchased from Jordan Green Photography are sold for decorative display purposes only. Buyers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to display the physical print in:

Personal spaces, including homes or private collections;
Commercial environments, including offices, waiting rooms, galleries, and public-facing business locations.

This license is limited to the physical display of the print as received, and does not grant any rights to reproduce, digitize, modify, or publish the artwork in any form, whether physical or digital.

3.2 Attribution Requirements

If a print is displayed in a public or commercial setting, visible attribution to the artist is required. All prints are hand-signed by the artist and should remain unaltered and visible as delivered. Buyers may not remove or obscure the artist’s signature, nor may they add watermarks or branding overlays to the artwork.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

Buyers may not:

Scan, digitize, or photograph the physical print for any purpose, including social media use, resale, publication, or marketing;
Create derivative works, including physical or digital alterations, AI-generated variations, or collages using the original artwork;
Resell or redistribute the print as part of a commercial product offering, digital library, or promotional material without a separate licensing agreement;
Display the artwork in any context that promotes hate, violence, or discriminatory ideologies, or that misrepresents the artist or the artwork’s intended message.

3.4 Transfer and Resale

Collectors may resell the physical print as a pre-owned artwork only if:

The original artist signature and any included certificate of authenticity remain intact;
The resale does not imply the buyer acquires any rights beyond ownership of the physical print;
The new owner is made aware of these Terms and agrees to abide by them.

Jordan Green Photography retains all intellectual property rights in the artwork regardless of resale.

Section 4: Product Sales and Payment Terms

4.1 Products Offered

Jordan Green Photography offers limited-edition and open-edition fine art photographic prints for sale. All prints are produced with premium archival materials and are hand-signed by the artist. Unless otherwise stated, all items listed on the Site are for sale as physical prints only. Digital downloads are not available for purchase and unauthorized digital reproduction is strictly prohibited.

All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product details, including image quality, sizing, and materials; however, variations may occur due to monitor settings or production processes.

4.2 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Submission of an order through the Site does not constitute a binding contract unless and until the order has been confirmed via email and payment has been successfully processed. Jordan Green Photography reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

Suspected fraud or misuse;
Pricing or typographical errors;
Orders that violate these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Debit cards
PayPal

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Jordan Green Photography does not store credit card information on its servers and is not responsible for payment gateway errors or unauthorized charges caused by third-party platforms.

4.4 Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. If an error in pricing is discovered after you place your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4.5 Limited Availability

Some prints may be offered as part of a limited edition. Limited editions are restricted to a set number of prints per image and size. Once a limited edition sells out, no further prints of that edition will be made available.

Edition size, number, and availability are subject to change and are disclosed at the time of purchase. Jordan Green Photography reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue offerings without prior notice.

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Fulfillment and Processing

Each fine art print is made to order using archival materials and premium printing techniques through a professional print lab based in Seattle, Washington. Once your order is received, it enters a carefully managed production and fulfillment process to ensure the highest quality.

Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for processing, signature authentication, and shipment. While many orders ship sooner, this timeframe ensures attention to detail and protects the integrity of each individually signed print.

5.2 Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States are sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size and destination of the package. All domestic shipments include tracking and insurance. Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days, though timelines may vary.

5.3 International Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary global shipping on all orders. International shipments are sent via USPS International Services and include tracking where available. Delivery times may range from 7 to 21 business days after shipment, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the product price and are not collected by Jordan Green Photography.

5.4 Risk of Loss and Title

All orders are securely packaged and insured during transit. Risk of loss and title transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Jordan Green Photography is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure and accessible.

5.5 Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Jordan Green Photography is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Any reshipment costs due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

5.6 Sustainable Packaging Practices

At Jordan Green Photography, we are committed to environmentally responsible practices whenever possible. In an effort to reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint, select prints—particularly large-format or rolled fine art prints—may be shipped in reused packaging, such as photorag roll containers or other repurposed shipping materials.

While all packaging is inspected to ensure it maintains structural integrity and protection, you may notice some cosmetic imperfections on the exterior. This approach reflects our commitment to sustainability without compromising the safety or quality of your artwork.

We appreciate your support in helping us reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Section 6: Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

6.1 All Sales Are Final
Due to the customized and collectible nature of fine art prints offered by Jordan Green Photography, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed. This policy ensures the exclusivity, authenticity, and integrity of each individually produced artwork.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing details, and FAQs before placing an order.

6.2 Damaged or Defective Items
While every effort is made to ensure that your artwork arrives in pristine condition, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives with visible damage to the print or packaging, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a damage claim, please contact us through the Contact Form and include:

Your order number
A clear description of the damage
Photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged print

6.3 Replacement Policy
If the damage is confirmed and deemed to have occurred during shipment, a one-time replacement print will be issued at no additional cost. Replacement prints are subject to the availability of the original edition. If the original edition has sold out, a refund or alternative solution may be offered at the discretion of Jordan Green Photography.

Replacements will not be issued for:

Minor cosmetic flaws inherent to print media or packaging
Damage resulting from mishandling by the customer after delivery
Claims submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery

6.4 Contact and Support
All concerns regarding damaged shipments must be submitted using the Site’s contact form. We aim to respond to all claims within 3 business days, and will guide you through the verification and replacement process.

Section 7: Communication and Data Collection

7.1 Email Communications
By placing an order, creating an account, or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from Jordan Green Photography. If informal resolution fails, both parties agree that:

You and Jordan Green Photography waive any right to a jury trial;
